Dr. Ahmed Ali Hassan was graduated from Ain Shams medical school and got Bachelor degree in medicine and surgery, Dec., 1991. Then, he achieved Master degree in general surgery in May, 1996. Then, he got Doctorate degree in plastic surgery, Ain Shams University, November 2002. In 2000, he spent 6 months in the laboratories of cell culture in University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and meanwhile worked as observer to different plastic surgery procedures in the hospitals of University of Michigan, USA. He acted as a House officer in Ain Shams University hospitals from March,1992 to February, 1993. Then, he worked a Resident in Military hospitals from April, 1993 to June, 1994. Then, he worked a Resident of general surgery in Ain Shams University hospitals from July, 1994 to 1995. Then, he worked a Resident of Plastic surgery in Ain Shams University hospitals and Ain Shams specialized hospital from August, 1995 to July 1997. Then, he has been graduated to an Assistant lecturer of plastic, reconstructive and burn surgery, faculty of medicine, Ain Shams University, from August, 1997 to February, 2002. Then, he graduated to Lecturer of plastic, reconstructive and burn surgery, Faculty of medicine, Ain Shams University, and Ain Shams University hospitals from February 2002 to January 2008. He worked a Director of Ain Shams University Burn Unit from September, 2003 to September, 2005. Then, he worked a Director of plastic surgery unite, Ain Shams Specialized Hospital from January, 2006 to December 2006. Then, he worked a Consultant of Plastic surgery, Al-salam International Hospital, State of Kuwait, from May 2007, till October 2009. Then, he worked a Consultant of plastic surgery. AlHilal Polyclinic, Salmia, Kuwait, from November 2009 to July 2010. He graduated and worked as Assistant professor in plastic surgery, Ain Shams University, from February 2008 to January 2013. And finally graduated to a Assistant professor in plastic surgery, Ain Shams University, from February 2008 to January 2013.
Dr. Ahmed Ali Hassan attended, spoken, and organized several conferences and meeting in plastic surgery (inside and outside Egypt). Of important, he Attended the advanced instruction course in “Rhinoplasty”. The faculty members were Haskell Newman, Bahman Guyuron, and Robert Oneal. It has been held in Ain Shams University, 29-31 October, 1997. He attended the instruction course in “Hand Surgery” held in Ain Shams University, 1-3 December, 1998. He attended the instruction course in “MidFacial Trauma” held in Ain Shams University, 1-3 December, 1998. He attended the Ain Shams instruction course about “Facial Rejuvenation Surgery” that invited Dr. Sam Hamra, and Dr. William Little, held in Luxor, Egypt, February, 2005. He attended in the “Wound Healing Symposium” held in Sharm El-Shiekh, Egypt, 6 & 7 April, 2006. He was a Speaker in the summer meeting of the Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, held in Alexandria, September 2001. He organized and spoke in the Joint meeting of The Middle East Burn and Fire Disaster Society & The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of Ain Shams University. It is held in Cairo, September, 2004. He organized of the annual Ain Shams Conference In “Endoscopic Facial Rejuvenation” Held in Ain Shams Specialized hospital, November, 5-7, 2006, Cairo, Egypt. He Spoke in Pan Arab Plastic Surgery meeting held in Kuwait from 20 to 24 April, 2008. He spoke in National Burn Week meeting held in Bubai from 27th. To 2nd. Of November, 2008. He was a speaker in the 4th. Middle East International Plastic surgery & Laser Congress (MEPLAST 2009) Held in Dubai, UAE, from 23 to 26 March, 2009. A Speaker in the plastic surgery symposium of Saudi German Hospital, held at Jeddah, KSA, from 20 to 22 October, 2009. A Speaker in the 35th.Summer meeting of Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, held in Porto Marina, Alexandria, 6- 8 October, 2010. Speaker in the 41st. annual conference of the Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ESPRS) in conjunction of the international society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, October, 2011. He was a Speaker in the 42nd. annual meeting of the Egyptian society of plastic and reconstructive surgeons, held in Sonesta, Cairo, 1-2 March, 2012. He was a Speaker in the 21 st. Congress of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), held in Gneva, Switzerland, 4-8 September 2012. He organized and Spoke in the 15th. Ain Shams Department of plastic Surgery Advanced Instruction Course in Rhinoplasty held in Renaissance hotel 18th. Dec. 2014.
Dr. Ahmed Ali Hassan is Member of the Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, ESPRS , Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery ISAPS , Member of the Egyptian society of plastic and Burn surgeons, Member of Kuwait medical association KMA, Member of Saudi plastic surgery society.
He was the organizer of the weekly scientific meeting of Ain Shams Plastic Surgery Department from October, 2010 till now. He is Member of the Eidtorial Board of the journal of Plastic and Aesthetic Research (PAR) since March 2015. He is Member of the Ain Shams library committee from January 2012 till now. He is a Reviewer in the Research Ethics Committee in Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, from February, 2011 till now. He is a reviewer of the journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
