All papers of original reserach using animal models, cell culture systems, nutritional surveys and human subjects are welcomed. All papers submitted to CJCN will be peer-reviewed, and accepted on the understanding that they are subjected to statistical and editorial revision as deemed necessary, including abridgement of the text and omission of tables or graphs.
All published articles at the CJCN, will be universally and freely accessible via the Internet in an easily readable and printable format.
